345 Interiors are delighted to have been appointed as the principal contractor by Xtreme Fitness Limited for the design and build of their new 10,000 sq ft health club in West Byfleet.

Strip out commenced in December 2017 and fit out will begin in January 2018. The club will consist of: a main multi-purpose gym; three group exercise studios; male and female changing rooms; treatment room and a spacious lounge/café area.

The budget is £500K with a project timetable of twelve weeks until completion.

We have completed a first class refurbishment of a Steam Room in The Bankside Health Club in London SE1.

A project with multiple challenges, not least of which is the fact that the club remained open for the duration of the project, with the exception of a couple of days over the recent Easter weekend.

Phase 2 of the project is to strip out the showers, tiles and existing drainage systems in order to install brand new components, bringing a fabulous new look and luxurious feel to the environment.

We are delighted to announce our relocation to new premises in Kent.

Our previous location in SE1 is due for redevelopment by our landlords which would have affected our productivity and responsiveness so we have opted to try a slightly more rural location in Kent.

We have excellent transport links into the City and to the M25 so we are confident that we can maintain our response times and availability.

The saying 'a change is as good as a rest' is spot on; we have a new environment and an opportunity to move to the next chapter in our business.

Working for and on behalf of ISG Cathedral we successfully handed over the refurbished Monsoon store in Oxford Street.

Completion of the architectural fit-out of the new MJL building.

MJL are very proud to have been in business for 25 years and a metaphorical cherry on their birthday cake was their relocation to a completely refurbished office block in Cowper Street.

Comprising of 5 floors of offices, stores, meeting space, and a stunning reception the MJL emphasis was on a great level of detail and quality so we are very please to have been selected to help and receive warm praise for a job well done.

The Worshipful Company Pewterers have a beautiful 1960's building in Oat Lane, London, EC2 which is used for dinners, receptions, meetings, conferences and weddings.

With a high turnover of guests the halls must be maintained quickly, professionally and with minimal disruption to the function diary; we at 345 are immensely proud to have completed works in one of the function rooms and look forward to providing our services again.
