Brief: We worked with Dealing Rooms Construction on this project, whose brief was to design and manage the space for both the operational banking side of the business and the behind-the-scenes back office support. The interior needed to reflect Oceanic Bank’s strong brand and create a visually appealing yet flexible space to allow for future growth.

345 completed the following elements of this project:

• Installation of the feature ceilings
• Installation of the solid and glazed partitions
• Installation of specialist joinery items
• Creation of bespoke panels to cover AC units
