Brief: To create a Category A space for the client, completely refurbishing a previously occupied office space to enhance the space and its investment opportunities. There were severe noise restrictions in the building – as other floors in the building were working offices, any work that was likely to produce noise had to be completed on night shift (8pm-7am).
