Brief: Working with Dealing Rooms Construction, 345 helped complete a redesign to enhance the welfare facilities used by Winterflood Securities’ 300 employees at their headquarters, including a full refresh of the tea points, shower and washroom facilities to meet with the latest DDA requirements. These changes needed to be made in a live environment to minimise disruption to the company’s ongoing operations.

345 completed the following elements of this project:

• Stripping out all existing WCs, tea point and shower areas
• Fitting new floors
• Fitting new ceilings
• Installation of bespoke washroom, shower room and sanitary ware
• Installation of bespoke glazing and joinery
• No margin for over-runs or mistakes as all the work had to be carried out with minimum disruption to the business’ operations
